Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of leukocyte platelet-rich fibrin (l-prf) compared with conventional treatment on En-masse retraction using frictionless mechanics.Timepoint: (T0) At The time of Extraction (T1) 30 Days after Extraction (T2) 60 Days after Extraction (T3) 90 Days after Extraction (T4) 120 Days after Extraction (T5) 150 Days after Extraction

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess rate of maxillary en masse retraction with L-PRF using frictionless mechanics.Timepoint: (T0) At the time of Extraction (T1) 30 Days after Extraction (T2) 60 Days after Extraction (T3) 90 Days after Extraction (T4) 120 Days after Extraction (T5) 150 Days after Extraction; To assess rate of maxillary en masse retraction without L-PRF using frictionless mechanics.Timepoint: (T0) At the time of Extraction (T1) 30 Days after Extraction (T2) 60 Days after Extraction (T3) 90 Days after Extraction (T4) 120 Days after Extraction (T5) 150 Days after Extraction; To compare the difference in the rate of maxillary en-masse retraction using Frictionless mechanics with & without L-PRFTimepoint: (T0) At the time of Extraction (T1) 30 Days after Extraction (T2) 60 Days after Extraction (T3) 90 Days after Extraction (T4) 120 Days after Extraction (T5) 150 Days after Extraction
