Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult population individuals aged 30 to 50 yrs Both male and female Participants with chronic shoulder pain for more than a month NPRS less than 4 and greater than or equal to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any degenerative joint conditions Any radiating pain with chronic neck pain Any reasoned scapular, clavicular, rib fracture and vertebral fracture Any history of recent clavicular or shoulder dislocations periarthritis shoulder pathologies and tumors
