Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual aged 18-35 years were included in the study. Participants who play badminton who play badminton atleast twice a week for the past 6 months. Willingness to participate in the study with signed informed consent. Able to attend all scheduled training and testing sessions during the intervention period. Participants who fall within normal range scores on pre assessment tests of flexibility and agility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any exisiting cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic or respiratory conditions contraindicating high intensity exercises. history of lower limb injury or surgery in past 6 months. participation in other structured fitness or sports specific training programs during the study period. failure to complete with training protocol or missing more than 20 percent of the intervention sessions. Use of medications that could effect physical performance or recoveries.
