Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18 to 40 years 2. ASA physical status I, II and III 3. Elective cesarean section patients under spinal anaesthesia 4. Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness to continue participation 2. Not performing relaxation exercises once a week 3. Obstetric complications or stressful events during the study period 4. Patients with chronic pain syndromes or long term analgesic use. 5. Inability to communicate or complete questionnaires postoperatively 6. Patients with preoperative sedatives or antidepressants 7. Patients using medications for sleep
