Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Pakshaghata (Ischemic hemiplegia) from the onset of symptoms up to 5 year. 2. Patients of Pakshaghata (Ischemic hemiplegia) with moderate and severe category on Barthel Index. 3. Patients between ages of 20 to 70 years. 4. Subjects who fulfil the eligibility criteria of Nasya. 5. Muscle power grade less or equal to 4 in either upper or lower limbs. 6. Irrespective of gender. 7. Irrespective of caste, religion. 8. Patients belonging to any socio-economic class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bed ridden patients of Pakshaghata (Ischemic hemiplegia). 2. Other neurological disorders like Alzheimer s disease, traumatic brain injury, tumors, seizure disorders, Parkinson s disease, Chorea. 3. Patients with intracranial infection. 4. Patient below the age 20 years and above 70 years. 5. Patient not willing to participate in the trial.
