Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 18 to 70 irrespective of sex caste religion and socioeconomic status will be included Patients presenting with Prabhuta or Avilamutrata and patients presenting with Purvarupa of Kaphaja Prameha ie Alasya Tandra Nidra Malam kaye Mukhamadhurya Shithilangata Shayaasanaswapana sukhe etc will be considered Patients having HbA1C between 5 point 7 to 10 percent BMI more than 25 and Waist to Hip Ratio more than 0 point 9 in male and more than 0 point 8 5 in female will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having Pittaja and Vataja Prameha Purvarupa like Karapadadaha Mukhatalushosha Pipasadhikyata Karapadasuptata etc Patient with Upadrava of Prameha Patients having HbA1C between more than levels 10 percent Patient having any serious illness like cardiovascular disease or renal disease Pregnant and lactating mother
