Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Gridharsi Patients of either gender will be included Patients who are indicated for Anuvasana Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture Evidence of systemic diseases like ischemic heart disease etc Established tumours/malignancy Pregnant and lactating women
