Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who come with chief complaints of painful menses in at least three cycles. 2.Pain along with scanty or irregular menses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 years and above 35 years. 2.Patients with intrauterine contraceptive devices. 3.Any uterine pathology -e.g., Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Tuberculosis, Endometriosis, CA cervix, PID
