Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the trial. Patient of either sex aged between 30-60 Years. Patients who are fullfilling the Diagnostic Criteria Fasting Blood Sugar Greater than 126 upto 250 mg/dl Post Prandial Blood Sugar Greater than 200 upto 350 mg/dl HbA1C Greater than 6.5 and less than 10 percent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 Diabetes mellitus Patients with or without gestational Diabetes mellitus. Patients who are allergic to Herbal products.
