Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient in the Age Group of twenty to seventy years Patient with classical Sign And Symptoms of Vatakantaka Plantar Fasciitis Patient irrespective of sex occupation or economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing for the trial Ulcers and wounds on the Foot Fractures of calcaneus and ankle joint Trauma to the lower extremities of the bones of the leg and foot Known case Rheumatoid Gout disease of the foot and Ankle Known case of bleeding disorders Anaemic Patients on Anticoagulant therapy Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Pregnancy and Lactation Infective Pathology Osteoporotic Bony Pain

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare the reduction in pain intensity and improvement in functional mobility among Vatakantaka patients.Timepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To study Changes in the thickness, echotexture of the plantar fascia as observed on ultrasonography before and after treatment. 2.Incidence and nature of any adverse effects or complications associated with agnikarma,siravedha, vidhagni karma during treatment and follow-up period Timepoint: 8 weeks
