Intervention1: Maha bandha practice: Maha bandha which combines Jalandhara bandha, Uddiyana bandha and Moola bandha will be instructed to practice in 2 sets each consisting of 5 rounds for 10 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults willing to participate in the study by signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with any co-morbidities like respiratory illness, hypertension, vertigo, cervical spondylitis, hernia, metabolic disorders, etc 2.Participants under any medication/treatment/ supplement 3.Participants involved in another research study 4.Female participants during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and lactation
