Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy individuals who are snehan arha 2 Gender- All 3 Age group 20 to 40 years 4 Individuals ready to give written informed consent 5 Healthy individual who are Vaman arha. 6 Healthy individuals who are Virechan arha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Healthy Individuals having any history of major illness, systemic disease such as cardiac diseases, diabetes, hypothyroidism, allergies of any substance and autoimmune disease. 2) Severe impairment of Agni 3) Individuals with hyperlipidaemia. 4) Current smokers 5) Chronic alcoholism 6) Pregnant and lactating women
