Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 75 years ASA physical status I III Elective TURBT under spinal anesthesia Tumor involving the lateral bladder wall
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to local anesthetics (amide type). 2.Coagulopathy or on anticoagulants that cannot be safely stopped. 3.Infection at block/instillation site. 4.Pre-existing lower limb neuropathy affecting adductor function. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients. 6.Patients requiring general anesthesia for other indications. 7.Large bladder perforation risk anticipated (surgeon judgement).
