Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young recreational badminton players Should be playing badminton regularly for 3 months at least twice a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle instability Recent fractures Flatfeet Acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions
