Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed and stable patient suffering from Psoriasis Age group 18-60 years All sexes Patients exhibiting signs of mental stress confirmed by validated psychological scale such as Perceived Stress Scale PSS-10 Patients who can read understand English or Hindi or Bengali and if they are not able to read the physician can help in filling Providing written informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life threatening infections Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study Individuals diagnosed with eczema lichen planus or other skin conditions that may confound psoriasis assessment Patients suffering from major psychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia bipolar disorder or substance use disorders that may affect stress assessment or compliance Pregnant women and lactating mothers Patients on systemic or topical corticosteroids or immunosuppressants as these can affect both skin symptoms and immune responses Substance abuse and or dependence
