Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of greevagatavata/Cervical Spondylosis based on clinical and radiological findings. Patient fit for nasya and matra basti as per ayurvedic principle. patients willing to sign informed written consent and comply with study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical spondylosis with myelopathy, severe nerve root compression,or cervical disc herniation requiring surgical intervention. patients suffering from any acute diseases,metabolic diseases and chronic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis,gout,uncontrolled DM,TB,SLE,Ankylosing spondylitis etc.
