Intervention1: Group A will receive pericapsular nerve group (PENG)block: Study participants will be divided in to two group ,each group containing 26 patients.Group A patients will receive 20ml of 0.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged more than 18 2.American Society of Anaesthesiology status 1and 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypersensitivity to the amide group of local anaesthesia 2.patient having uncontrolled hypertension/diabete Melkite s/neuropathy/peripheral nerve injury 3.pregnancy and lectionary 4.patient on anticoagulant or bleeding disorder. 5.patient having problem in communication or cognitive impairment to understand pain scoring. 6.infection at the site of injection.
