Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with parikartika. Patients with diabetes and hypertension which are under control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with the other co -existing ano rectal disease. Fissure in ano due to systemic disorder. Patient suffering from infectious disease. Patients of chronic fissure in ano with sentinel pile. Pregnant and lactating women
