Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any systemic disease known to affect the outcome measure of the periodontal therapy 2.Patients taking drugs known to interfere with wound healing 3.Patients with unsatisfactory oral hygiene during the re-evaluation after phase one therapy 4.Patients with history of surgical periodontal therapy in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in bone regeneration in intrabony defect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound groupTimepoint: Radiographic bone fill will be assessed immediately and after 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in soft tissue healing in intrabony defect site after guided tissue regeneration of low level laser therapy groupTimepoint: Soft tissue healing will be checked immediately,3,7 and 14 consecutive days
