Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Haemodynamically stable patients of age 18-60 yrs admitted to the ICU undergoing elective PDT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient/relative refusal, short neck, thyroid goitre, cervical trauma, history of previous neck or radiation surgery, infection at the puncture site.
