Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Parkinson disease. Patients with Hoehn and Yahr stage two or higher. Patients who are able to stand independently. Patients living with technically capable caregivers or family members. Patients who are able to read and understand Hindi or English language. Patients with Scale For Outcome In Parkinson Cognition score thirty or above indicating mild cognitive deficit or normal cognition. Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged above eighty years. Patients diagnosed with dementia or any Parkinsonian plus syndrome. Patients with significant vestibular, orthopedic, cardiovascular, visual, or auditory impairments that can affect balance. Patients not taking prescribed anti Parkinson medication. Patients currently undergoing structured physiotherapy or exercise training for more than three months. Patients with any medical condition that makes participation in exercise unsafe. Patients unwilling or unable to comply with the study protocol.
