Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who willingly participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 18 years and above 30 years. Persons having any congenital disorder, systemic disease, chronic infectious disease, endocrine disorders, musculoskeletal or cardiovascular conditions. Known medical conditions impairing fitness. Persons who are physically handicapped. Intense physical exercise routine.
