Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients showing classical symptoms and sign of Padadari as described in ayurvedic samhitas 2 Diagnosed cases of paddari with symptoms like heel cracks dryness pain 3 Age group 20 to 60 year 4 Chronicity Minimum 1 month 5 Patients will be selected who are willing to give informed consent and ready to comply with protocol 6 Patients will be selected irrespective of gender marital status religion educational and economical status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Diabetic foot complications 2 Fungal or bacterial infections of the foot 3 Patient who are not willing 4 Pregnant and lactating mothers 5 Psychological disorders 6 Patients under the age of 18 and above 60 years 7 Patients with bleeding disorders and on blood thinners 8 Patients with chronic Anemia 9 Patients diagnosed with AIDS HbsAg 10 Patient suffering from any severe skin disease 11 Patient suffering from systemic disease or disorder psoriasis diabetes mellitus athlets foot and thyroid disease etc 12 Known Patient suffering from Tuberculosis skin Cancer and Chronic illness
