Inclusion criteria: Consenting adults with no prior anorectal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major spinal deformities, active systemic illness,or refusal to participate.

Prevalence of any benign anorectal condition (haemorrhoids, anal fissure, fistula-in-ano, or pilonidal sinus)Timepoint: Severity grade of diagnosed condition (e.g., haemorrhoid grade I IV; acute vs chronic fissure) at baseline and change at 6 months.
