Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age Group of 35 to 55 years with both genders, subjects with stable COPD, who can understand the local language, patients with moderate to severe COPD according to GOLD criteria II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent exacerbations, cognitive impairment, uncontrolled Comorbidities , active respiratory infection, physical limitations, inability to understand study requirements.
