Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate students who are enrolled in the 1st year and 2nd year BSc Nursing Both male and female students Age more than equals to 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergraduate students with history of any psychiatric disorders and on treatment who are currently engaged in any form of journaling who are practicing any relaxation techniques such as yoga and mindfulness meditation.

Primary
