This study looks at two different ways of reducing pain after sinus and nose surgeries and compares which method works better. One is the Sphenopalatine ganglion block and the other is infra orbital nerve block done under USG guidance. It is studied for over one year.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 Elective surgeries Under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local infection ASA grade 3 and 4 Bleeding disorders Allergic to local anaesthetic agents
