Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University level basketball players Non-operative with no surgical history Recurrent ankle sprain ankle repeatedly gives out feels unstable or is injured again after a previous sprain Age ranging between 18 to 25 years Male players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having history of trauma like Fracture or accident for less than 2years Previous ankle surgery less than 2 years Other musculoskeletal injury or disorder injury that may affect recovery Individuals unlikely to follow treatment protocols or attend follow-ups
