Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged with 40-75 years diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis; Both male and female; Patients with history of knee pain for more than 3 months; Able to provide consent and adhere to study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recent knee injury or knee surgery or history of metal implant or marked varus or valgus deformity; Patients who undergone analgesic and intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid within the past 6 months; Patient with peripheral vascular diseases or varicose veins or deep vein thrombosis; Patient with peripheral neuropathy and neurological disorders affecting pain perception or movement; Rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis, malignancy in and around the knee joints; Patients with known allergy or intolerance to hot water therapy and presence of open wounds or dermatological conditions around the knee joints.
