Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients more than 18 years 2.American society of anaesthesiologists physical status I and II 3.Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation under general anaesthesia 4.Patient willing to participate and provide informed written consent 5.BMI less than 30 6.Both male and female
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Patients undergoing emergency surgery 3.Patients with American society of anaesthesiologists physical status class III and IV 4.Known allergy or hypersensitive reaction to given drugs 5.Patient with substance abuse or alcohol dependence 6.Pregnant and Nursing Women 7.History of difficult intubation 8.Intubation time more than 20 seconds or more than one attempt or modified Mallampatti score III and IV
