Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age patient above 13 years of age and above Patients who visited to the hospital for PCOS symptoms OPD patients are capable for the study Only female patients are capable Patients those who are physically and mentally fit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below age 13 of years Patient not having PCOS complication IPD patient not are capable for the study Pregnancy and Lactation woman Other than Female patient are not capable Patients those who are not physically and mentally fit Patients with age group above than 50 yr

Epidemiological Profile of PCOS/PCOD for the Study Population Definition of prevalence and incidence rates of PCOS/PCOD in the target audience. Establish age groups and state reproductive periods more affected. Regional occurrence differences and urban-rural occurrence variations. Complete Risk Factor Identification Key genetic, metabolic, lifestyle, and environmental risk factors identified. BMI, dietary patterns, and physical activity associates with occurrence of PCOS. Clinical presentation of imbalance in hormones and insulin resistance. Assessment of possible family history and hereditary tendency toward the PCOS condition. Timepoint: 180 days

Clinical Presentation Patterns The main observable clinical signs associated with PCOS include menstrual irregularities hirsutism acne alopecia and infertility Investigating patterns of severity and symptom clustering across various patient subpopulations. Diagnostic and Evaluation Insights Evaluation of possible diagnostic tools e.g.Rotterdam criteria ultrasound findings or biomarkers) regarding the usefulness and reliability. Identifying any missed or delayed diagnosis within the current healthcare structure. Association between risk factors and severity of the disease To know the specific impact of risk factors on the clinical gravitas and progression of PCOS. Statistical association would be established between lifestyle variables and hormonal or metabolic parameters Timepoint: 180 Days
