Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the proportion of patients acheiving the proposed pentafecta after RIRSTimepoint: Stone-free rate at postoperative day 30 No indwelling DJ stent after postoperative day 7 Measuring eGFR at preoperatively and postoperatively on days 1 and 30 No ancillary procedures within 3 months Clavien Dindo scale at postoperative day 30

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To identify predictors for pentafecta failure Individual success rate of each pentafecta component To compare outcomes indifferent stone burden and locations To assess the impact of suction and sheath type To assess the impact of comorbidities To assess changes in eGFR at POD 1 and POD 30Timepoint: 18 MONTHS
