Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing primay Total knee arthroplasty with structurally intact PCL will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study subjects with local skin lesions, undergoing revision TKR,prior PCL injury,patients requiring hinged prosthesis,rheumatoid arthritis ,post traumatic osteoarthritis and postinfectious osteoarthritis.Patients with Flexion deformity more then 20 degree,Varus deformity more then 20 degree,Valgus Deformity more then 20 degree,patients with difficulty in mobility foot ankle and hip disorders, bleeding disorders, ischemic disease of the limb,localsystemic infection,Leg length discrepancy,Neurological disorder of lower limb will be excluded from the study
