Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include the school teachers of Age group between 30 to 55 years and Both genders are included with Working experience above 5 years and Standing duration more than 4 hours per day and Participants who are willing to participate and have filled out the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb injury and Existing musculoskeletal and neurological disorders and teachers using mobility Aids
