Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: transgender patients 18 years or older; American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I,II; Scheduled for torsomasculinization procedure for gender identification disorder performed using tumescent dissection ; Able and willing to provide written informed consent.

Numeric Rating Scale (NRS, 0 10) pain scoreTimepoint: Numeric Rating Scale (NRS, 0 10) pain score in the immediate postoperative period and at 2 hours postoperatively

NRS pain scores at 4 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours & 24 hours Total fentanyl consumption at 24 h. Time to first analgesic request intraoperatively & postoperatively.
