Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants fulfilling the following criteria will be included in the study. Patients aged from eighteen years to sixty five years, irrespective of gender. Adult patients belonging to any American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ranging from one to five, including high risk patients. Patients scheduled for elective or urgent surgical procedures requiring general anesthesia. Patients requiring oral endotracheal intubation as part of airway management. Patients with a history of snoring or clinically suspected obstructive sleep apnea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants fulfilling any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study. Patients with a previously documented or anticipated difficult airway. Patients with restricted neck movements or cervical spine instability. Patients with a history of congenital anomalies of the neck or airway, previous neck radiation therapy, or prior neck surgery. Pregnant women due to altered airway physiology. Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease where standard airway assessment is not feasible or ethically permissible. Patients with traumatic injuries involving the airway structures or faciomaxillary abnormalities.
