Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling following eligible criteria will be included in the study Any gender patients aged between 18 and 60 years. Patients showing symptoms of Amavata as per classical Ayurvedic texts (Sandhishoola, Sandhi-sthabdhata, Sandhishotha, Sparshasahawata.( and who comes under ICD-11 TM2 as SP11coding. Chronicity criteria will be greater than 6 weeks to three years. Patients who fulfils EULAR criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients exhibiting any of the following will be excluded from the study: Advanced or Complicated Amavata i.e patients with joint deformities or functional disability. Other Autoimmune or Inflammatory Diseases, Severe Comorbidities: Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension or ischemic heart disease, History of chronic liver disease, renal impairment or malabsorption disorders. Active tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis B/C or other chronic infections. Pregnancy and Lactation, Surgical History, Psychiatric Illness, Allergy of the drug. Non Compliance or Inability to follow protocol.
