This study compares two doses of enema therapy for treating sciatica. Fifty people are divided into two groups of 25. Each group receives a different dose, and their results are compared to find which dose gives better relief from sciatica.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients among age group 25 to 60 years Patients who give consent for participation for the vasti. Patients fit for vasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent prior surgery at Lumbar disc level Known case for fracture, infection, malignancy, Pelvic inflammatory disease that might cause sciatica like symptoms Pregnant and lactating women
