Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemiplegic shoulder Pain Patients Sub-Acute phase of hemiplegic stroke Brunnstrom classification of upper limb 3 and 4 Moderate to severe pain range Mini-mental state examination with a score of 16 and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stroke Patient with flaccid muscles. Stroke patients with joint deformities in upper limb Patients with associated fractures of upper limb. Hearing or vision impairment that can hinder the smooth communication. Virtual Reality Sickness VR motion sickness
