Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 65 years and above irrespective of gender attending the OPD/IPD of the Government Ayurveda College Hospital Kannur Participants willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties. Participants with serious systemic illness Participants undergoing snigdha therapy Participants undergoing vata anulomana treatment
