Feasibility of sim zone based training to senior residents using low and high fidelity manikinsTimepoint: This study will be carried out in workshop mode over 1 day

MeasureTime frame
Feedback, Comparison in student knowledge & skill set as assessed by knowledge-based test, competency checklist, mock clinical code & self confidence survey administered pre & post module using high fidelity vs low fidelity manikins.Timepoint: Kirkpatrick domains will be assessed : pre & post test , on the same day of the training Feedback: taken at the end of the training (same day) Cognitive : pretest/post test (before & after training adminsitration ) psychomotor: creation of curriculum /mock code & presentation (after the training: larg group) self confidence survey: at the end of the training
