Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed or suspected PCOD (based on menstrual irregularity, acne, hirsutism, obesity) Willing to provide consent and undergo investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy / lactation Thyroid disorders, hyperprolactinemia, Cushing s syndrome Ovarian tumors or recent ovarian surgery Hormonal therapy within the past 3 months Severe systemic diseases
