Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 30 to 70 years irrespective of gender religion. 2 Patients with K/C/O Chronic Kidney Disease (Grade 1,2,3a,3b,4,5) irrespective of cause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 An individual with Acute Kidney Disease
