Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients fulfilling Diagnostic criteria of Primary Dysmenorrhea i.e. Primary Dysmenorrhea. 2) Patients i.e. Unmarried Girls having age 13 to 19 years will be selected. 3) Patients irrespective of their socio-economic status, educational status, religion will be selected. 4) Patient with regular menstrual cycle with average bleeding.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having neck strain (Pain) or Cervical Spondylosis will be excluded 2)Patients which are done previous abdominal surgeries will be excluded. 3) Patients having any endocrinological disorder will be excluded. 4)Patients having any systemic disease will be excluded. 5)Patients with secondary Dysmenorrhea will be excluded. 6)Patients having PCOD and any medical, surgical conditions resulting in dysmenorrhea will be excluded. 7)Patients having any anatomical or Uterine Pathology or any Pelvic Pathology.
