Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above the age of 15years and below the age of 38years. 2. Patient willing to participate in the clinical trial with signed consent form and will be once informed verbally and in writing of all the information concerning the study procedure and study objectives. 3. Patients of both genders (male/female). 4.Patients with Snellen s chart visual acuity between 6/7.5- 6/6(partial) and refractive error up to -0.5 D. 5. Clinical Features like Durastha Avyakta Darshana (indistinct distant vision), Vihwala Darshana (blurred vision), Shirobhitapa (headache), Netrasrava (watering).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age of 15 years and above the age of 38 years. 2. Patient participated in any clinical trial with in last 6 months. 3.The patients with other eye diseases like Cataract, Glaucoma and Allergic conditions. 4.Patients having any other known ocular pathology and myopic degenerative changes. 5. The patient having any systemic illness, like - Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension etc. 6.Patients using glasses above -0.5 D. 7. Pregnant and lactating mothers are avoided for study.

MeasureTime frame
1.Change in Visual Acuity: Comparison of visual acuity (measured using a Snellen chart or LogMAR chart) between the Tratak Yoga Kriya group and the Triphala Kshaya Prakshalan group & a Combination of both. 2. Blurred vision improved. 3. Decrease Symptoms of Timira.Timepoint: 60 days

1. Comparsion of Improvement in symptoms (such as headache , blurred vision )in two groups. 2.Comparison of quality of life scores between two groups. 3.comparsion of adverse effects between the two groups.Timepoint: 60 days
