Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postgraduate residents (Anaesthesia & Medicine) with more than 6 months of clinical exposure, currently in clinical postings, willing to participate & provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postgraduate residents on long medical/maternity leave (more than 1 month) Known severe psychiatric illness already under treatment

Identify demographic, work-related and psychosocial predictors of anxiety. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD 7) Questionnaire. State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Assess the effect of anxiety on procedural performance (Direct Observation of Procedural Skills). Assess the burnout among the postgraduate using Maslach Burnout Inventory. Evaluate the association between anxiety and burnout (Maslach Burnout Inventory). Timepoint: 6 months—
