Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1&2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to give consent. 2. coexisting disease affecting clinical assessment, 3. history of substance abuse, 4. psychiatric illness, 5. hepatic/renal dysfunction, 6. patients on chronic pain treatment, 7. pregnant/lactating females, 8. Allergy to local anaesthetics 9. Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy 10. Coagulopathy
