Inclusion criteria: 1)BAMS 2nd Professional year students will be selected 2)Students will be selected irrespective of gender and socioeconomic status 3)Student who are able to do omkar mantra chanting properly without any difficulty during training period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Student who are not willing to participate in study 2)Student with physical disability example fractures 3)Student taking consultation for mental disability 4)Student of professional year other than 2nd year
