Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with acute urticaria and acute exacerbation of chronic urticaria clinically and who fulfill the criteria of ICD-11 classification of disease patient diagnosed with symptoms of urticaria like wheals pink to red papules typically with central pallor pruritus erythema will be included in the study Score between 1 6 using urticaria activity score summed over 7 days UAS7 Patients of all genders Age group of 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe symptoms like laryngeal spasm anaphylactic conditions will be excluded from the study Patients with H O breathing difficulty during active episodes of disease Pregnant lactating mothers will not be included
