Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years diagnosed with 2nd and 3rd degree internal Hemorrhoids with symptomatic presentation of bleeding per rectum or mucosal prolapse (in 2nd degree internal Hemorrhoids prolapse that reduces spontaneously and in 3rd degree internal Hemorrhoids prolapse that required mannual reduction Patients of Internal Hemorrhoid which are Mridu, Prasrita, Avagada(Deep) and Uchchhrita(Projected).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases or low haemoglobin levels less 10 gm, Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome, Crohn s disease, Carcinoma rectum and Rectal Prolapse, Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus/Hypertension. Pregnancy or lactation. Previous history of Hemorrhoid surgery.
